Key Responsibilities: 

Selected candidate will be responsible for Delivery governance & CSAT management, working closely with Project Managers & Delivery Managers. Responsibilities include :

• Providing consultative support to the project teams on right Delivery practices in Project Management, Engineering and Operations.

• Monitoring of Delivery Performance through independent audits, assessments and reviews

Provide consultative support for Proactive Prediction & continuous improvement of Delivery Performance.

• Manage Customer Satisfaction Process – Getting Customer Feedback, Working with delivery team on Improvement Actions

• Drive compliance of mandatory processes
