Job Summary:

In this role you should have skills on Identity and Access Management Technologies. Attestation Process in tools like OKTA & SailPoint (Identity Now will be an added advantage) and knowledge on Core & Advance Java, SQL, Cloud Infra, Unix/Linux commands, with focus on troubleshooting, deployment, and management.

Post: Assistant Manager - OKTA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Incident & Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with SME groups and Functional leaders across HR/Finance/BU heads.

• Drive reviews with other with key stakeholders ensuring the platform is aligned to business and compliance needs of the organization.

• Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal stakeholders and drive message across BU leaders.

• Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability.

• Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams.

• Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with business requirements.

• Good Communications Skills.

• Self-Learner to skilled on new technologies.

• Adhere to SLA’s define and Goal Archiver.

Educational Qualification: 

BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent subject

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in driving adoption of the platform and drive business value by interacting with HR / Finance / IT leadership teams and other Businesses, as needed.

• Good understanding of user life cycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, certification process and scripting.

• Knowledge on integration with standard Target systems like Active Directory, Mail systems, Applications, Unix systems for provisioning

• Understanding and development of REST API’s.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysis

• Flexible to accommodate time-zones, preferred comfortable with 24*7 operations, as teams are geographically dispersed

• Good understanding of Audit and Compliance

• Good speaking and writing communications.

• Proactive and team management capabilities.

• Good Understanding of OKTA.

• Knowledge of OKTA API’s, Radius Server, AD Agent implementation and configurations.

• Knowledge of Directory Services.

Remuneration: ₹ 3,50,000 - 10,00,000 PA

Experience: Freshers / any experience

• Overall work experience in OKTA with focus on driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals.
