Post: Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities: 

• Primary responsibility of this role is to provide 24x7 Production Support for Db2 LUW databases,

• Candidate should have working knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL/MongoDB technology (one or more).

• Candidate should be capable to handling production issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLA’s.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions.

• Identify automation opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.

• Participate in Crisis Calls, MIR, DQR.

• Maintain High Availability & Replication setups.

• Performance tuning

• DB2 Partition

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MCA

Required Skills:

• Candidate should be capable to handling production issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLA’s.

• Experience of working in Db2- DPF environments.

• Knowledge of HADR

• Knowledge of Table Partitioning Feature

• Experience of Performance Tuning  

• Participate in Crisis Calls, MIR, DQR.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions.

• Maintain High Availability & Replication setups.

• Knowledge of Shell Scripting

• Exposure to Python or DevOps tools

• Identify and develop automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.

Salary : ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,50,000 PA
