Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Project planning in MS projects / Concerto/ Primavera/ symphony

• Experience in Project execution within the time lines and budgeted cost.

• Co-ordination with all departments – Shop, QA/QC, tool design and Marketing to ensure dispatches as committed to customer.

• Hands on experience in Methods Engineering – Preparation of process sheets and work instructions for manufacturing of the composite products as per customer requirement.

• Knowledge in carrying our Risk analysis & Mitigation for project execution.

• Experience in PFMEA, internal audits, Non-conformance management, RRCA with CFT, CAPA, Statistical quality control techniques etc.

• Knowledge in ERP LN, PLM for PMG modules. PMP certifications desirable.

• Handle Customer communication for project status, clearances and liaison with all stakeholders.

• Co-ordinate the Project related matters with fellow department, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement in the process

• Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, POKA-YOKE, lean manufacturing techniques, familiarity with statistical process control (SPC)

• Knowledge of AS 9100 Rev D and NADCAP Composites requirements and implementation

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Remuneration : ₹ 3,30,000 - 6,00,000 PA

Experience: 3 - 6 years
