Post: Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the automations on UI Path Orchestrator

• Daily working with Incident/Problem Management

• Taking actions on specific alerting

• Analyzing logs and taking appropriate actions

• Creating/maintaining automation runbooks

• Automation Infrastructure monitoring

• Work and communicate any identified risks and issues to the onshore/offshore manager. Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices

• Well versed with handling of War-room specific P1/P2/P3 incidents and ensuring end-to-end communication with the respective teams

• Business communications to handle issues raised

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA

(Stream: Computer Science or Information Technology)

Eligibility Criteria: Must have a portfolio which demonstrates academic and professional work in Graphic Design.

Required Skills:

• Basic Diploma Training of UiPath Orchestrator/UiPath Platform/UiPath Studio

• Hands-on experience in .NET (C#) + SQL

• Hands-on experience in MS Office tools

• Basic knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator Environment, Assets, Queues and Scheduling

• Good hands-on working knowledge of ITIL in the area of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management on ServiceNow

• Domain and working knowledge of Optum/UHG core systems

• ITIL Skills with Service Now

Soft Skills:  

• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Be proactive and have the drive and ability to handle projects in individual capacity as well as while being a part of a global team.

• Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Remuneration : ₹ 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA
