Post: Software Engineer - C/C++ (Linux)

Job Responsibilities:

• Software Developer with minimum 2-4 years of experience in design and development of console and desktop applications using C/C++ in Linux

• Analyze requirements, design, and code software in C/C++/Linux for legacy software

• Ensure new design is compatible with legacy system design

• Perform unit test, verification and validation of the product developed

• Must be a dynamic and team-oriented individual

• Prepare documents according to project standards (architecture, technical specifications, …)

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/BS-Electronics and Communication Engineering

Required Skills:

• Hands on software development experience in C/C++ on Linux OS

• Experience in analyzing, debugging issues with multi-threaded processes using debugger

• Ability to quickly learn new technology as part of project requirement

• Good logical and problem solving skills

• Good analytical and debugging skills

• Good knowledge of threads and synchronization

• Good knowledge of memory management and optimization

• Knowledge on socket communication

• Knowledge in Linux Shell scripting

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in GTK+

• Experience in SEMI domain

Soft Skills:  

• Ability to take ownership of the task

• Ability to work independently and be proactive

• Ability to deliver without much supervision from lead/managers

• Be able to clearly communicate in English language

Remuneration : ₹ 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA

Experience: Freshers, 1-3 years
