Job Summary:

The Program Manager will manage the relationship, provide support and maintain oversight of the operations at contract manufacturers. This person will facilitate the activities starting from contract, procurement, equipment qualification, process and analytical transfer, validation, regulatory approval and commercial launch post which project will be handover to operations planning for ongoing requirements. The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting the strict deadlines. This person should have strong analytical acumen, go-getter attitude, leadership skills and attention to detail along with advanced skills in MS Project and Excel.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project charter and other documentation for tracking of activities and expenses

• Develop and maintain KPIs for Contract Manufacturing

• Coordinate needs of quality team regarding Quality agreement, Audit and documentation

• Facilitate transfer of technology (Manufacturing and Analytical testing) to contract manufacturers

• Track activities at contract manufacturers regarding equipment procurement, manpower build up, equipment qualification etc.

• Facilitate finalization of artwork, labels, specifications working with Marketing and Quality

• Work with regulatory for obtaining necessary licenses and approvals for commercialization

• Work with operations planning team regarding capacity evaluation and expansion

Requirements

Educational Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M Sc. / M.Pharm an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA and / or PMP certification, desired

• Ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of work experience

• Preference to candidates with prior experience working in or managing contract manufacturing organizations

• Preferred experience in formulations manufacturing environment

Remuneration : ₹ 4,00,000 - 12,50,000 PA

Experience: 8 - 12 years.
