Post: Senior Practice Manager
High Level responsibility area:
• Identify and program manage division wide strategic/key initiatives and projects related to improvement and change management
• Drive a metrics based, continuous improvement culture within the organization
• Design and Drive the innovation strategy for Benefits / aligned business unit
• Design and facilitate Quality trainings - Six sigma Green Belt / lean trainings
• Provide advance statistical analytics on critical metrics to business stakeholders
• Support business in achieving their Year on year business and financial targets
Job Responsibilities:
• Play a consultant role for stakeholders on Quality approaches and Industry / organization Best practices
• Participate and Effectively contribute to Stakeholder/clients Operational reviews and routines
• Conduct stake holder analysis, anticipate stakeholder needs and showcase / share skill set & Quality service offerings with stake holders
• Ongoing evaluation and awareness of Client/stakeholder critical requirements so as support formulation of an effective risk mitigation plan
• Know your Client – Understand of the book of business in terms of clients, domain and projects - provide in
• Analyze data on key client operational metrics to understand opportunity for improvement
• Drive use of structured problem solving approach to identify root causes and support implementation of solutions to solve business problems
• Define key success indicators / Measures for projects and business processes
• As per business requirements - Be flexible with work hours as required to work with global and off-shore resources
• Participate in trainings and business management routines in office/offsite/other office locations
• Demonstrate Change Management capability for self and teams
• Be flexible to changes & continuously evaluate to adapt to the culture of the organization
• Solicit feedback, understand own development needs in consultation with the manager and work to achieve development goals
• Conduct Talent Assessment and Performance Management for Direct and Indirect Reports
• Retention – Create channels for colleague retention and career opportunities
• Colleague Engagement : Adhere to defined Colleague Connect routines
• Coach and mentor BB1 and BB2 roles, lesser tenure DMs or equivalent roles
• Partner with North America Ops & quality counterparts and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and team work on global projects
• Manage through multiple reporting channels and relationships globally
• Design and facilitate Quality trainings - Six sigma Green Belt / lean trainings
• Mentors BBI and BB2 role on client knowledge ,Process knowledge, Quality tools knowledge, managing projects
• Be a Mentor and Deliver Trainings to develop Talent as part of our TD programs
• Be resource a pool for organization wide trainings / development initiatives
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Technical Skills:
Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt
Required Skills:
• Relevant / industry work experience of 3-4 years or more
• Hands on experience of mentoring Green Belt /Black Belt Six Sigma Projects
• Experienced in managing multiple project teams simultaneously
• Experience in leading high impact projects and cross functional project teams
Experience in BPMS / designing process metrics
• Training and Facilitation Skills and experience
• Strong Analytical skills along with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Learning ability with customer orientation and a keen eye for process improvement.
Preferred:
• Exposure to COPC, ISO, TQM, Project Management and other Quality methodologies/systems
• Knowledge of Minitab, Access
Salary : As per Current CTC/Market Standard
Experience: Total work experience of at least 9 years
