Job Summary:
The Data Operations team is a part of Yahoo Global Data Solutions group. We enable Sales and Operations usage of data - Yahoo and third party - to maximize revenue and performance for audience and offline measurement campaigns. 
We partner with key internal stakeholders to provide valuable insights and connect them with data to drive the business strategy and ultimately grow revenue. We set out to understand our audience, what they want and how we can shape our products to ensure we’re delivering the best user experience possible. Our dedication and curiosity for business and user insight allows us to influence decisions across the business.
This role will aid the sales and product teams to drive revenue through audience targeting and measurement to maximize business and performance across our products. This person will play a key role in Data Partner integration work, not only working on API integrations but managing our third party data partnerships. 

Post: Sales Data Insights Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with API integration work with Data Providers; CDPs, DMPs and Advertisers direct
• Quickly develop & maintain expertise on internal tools and processes within the DMP advertising technology ecosystem 
• Manage and refine data within the taxonomy - identifying and correct any gaps and collisions
• Seamlessly integrate new and evolving content into the current taxonomy for use both in US and international markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on first and third party audience targeting demand
• Work closely with product team and provide recommendations on feature enhancements
• Be a key member of the Global Data Solutions Team, impacting Yahoo’s short and long-term revenue by supporting custom data needs for targeting and measurement related products
• Document relationships between third party and Yahoo, special requirements and/or processes, keep informative documentation on integrations up to date.
• Liaise between Sales, Product and Operations and Third-Party Partners to coordinate deliverables
• Responsible for communication with Yahoo! Sales Team, and Third-Party Partners
• Manage complex and/or cross-functional projects and apply your skills in a data-driven environment.
• Ongoing monitoring of custom and third party Data; trouble-shooting, including escalation of any problems that might occur. Working with stakeholders and partners to ingest new data, resolve issues 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science - Computer Application with a strong academic record

Remuneration : ₹ 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Required Skills:
• 3+ years experience within the digital advertising ecosystem, and familiarity with data management - online ad serving platforms, Web API Concepts 
• 3+ years experience in Python, Shell, SQL, Presto, AWS Cloud Computing, HTTP, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, web servers, JSON, and other internet/networking-related protocols
• Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles- Big Data Platform - Hadoop
• Proficient in Big Data querying tools, such as Pig, Hive, and Impala 
• Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
• Working knowledge of with NoSQL databases, such as Neo4j
• Working knowledge of ETL techniques and frameworks
• Working knowledge of SLACK messaging systems
• Dedicated and strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well on a team or cross-departmentally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
• Demonstrates attention to detail with excellent technical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and writing skills 
• Manage time effectively and adapt to frequently changing processes and requirements
• Demonstrate experience with 3rd party data partners, DMP, CDP etc.
• Strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, best practice campaign development and management, and a willingness to continue to stay contemporary on trends within the industry

Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with stakeholders, product and engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
