Job Responsibilities:

Software Developer position for IBM AI Apps team. This professional will be immersed in an innovative, dynamic, and technical work environment, working side-by-side with experienced and bright professionals towards a common goal act as e Software Development Engineer, responsible for understanding product functionalities, requirements, defects, and enhancements to deliver these on new releases or fixes. Working with Product Owners, Architects, Release Managers, Engineering managers, other internal Teams, Sales, Business Partners to guide the product’s development. Proactively seek improvements opportunities and innovation that matters by learning new technologies and methods that can positively impact the products.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent technical field.

Required Skills:

• Able to create code from scratch as well as understand legacy code, fix and implement changes.

• 3+ years of Back and front-end development experience to include experience with JAVA; JavaScript, XML; SQL / NoSQL Database; Oracle, SQLServer, and DB2.

• WebLogic and WebSphere

• Unit Testing.

• Communication and teamwork/collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Agile development experience including using GitHub/Jira.
